I initially started with Hudson RPO as a recruitment manager on a small project for a pharmaceutical organization. This small project grew from hiring a few roles within one U.S. city to eventually handling most of the hiring for three U.S. cities plus Germany and other parts of Europe.
After this, I was promoted to account manager where I manage more people and was even able to promote others from my former account into expanded roles.
The recruitment process outsourcing model at Hudson RPO is the perfect fit for me since it blends agency and corporate recruiting. I started my recruiting career almost 20 years ago hiring nurses for hospitals and nursing homes. After that, I moved to the corporate side as Director of Recruiting for the Moffitt Cancer Center. My specialties in science and healthcare are well suited to Hudson RPO and their many healthcare-related clients.
Hudson RPO affords such a range of experiences across job functions and industries. More recently, I’ve gotten involved in the sales process. I was also able to realize a unique concept I had for sourcing medical-related sales people by leveraging some different technologies. I conceived of the idea, and Hudson RPO’s leadership team helped me to realize it. Today we leverage the results of this idea across several client accounts.
Lastly, I love the culture at Hudson RPO. It’s extremely positive, supportive, and very team oriented. I get calls regularly from team members asking for advice. I still have friends who are former co-workers who call me regularly to catch up. We are a very close-knit group.
