As Vice President, Implementation and Change Management, Cristine is responsible for the operations and strategy of the Implementation team in the Americas region. She has extensive experience designing and delivering effective workforce solutions for various Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to joining Hudson RPO, Cristine spent seven years at Adecco, serving most recently as Director, Implementation for their Managed Services Division, Pontoon. While at Pontoon, Cristine was responsible for the successful deployment of some of our industry’s largest multifaceted global and multi-region managed services programs in the focus areas of contingent labor, statement of work contracts, and recruitment process outsourcing for companies across diverse industries.
Before Adecco, Cristine spent 10 years with Spherion where she held various project management roles within their Corporate IT and Implementation departments. Most of Cristine’s tenure was focused on managing aspects of deployment for large internal business transformation projects as well as working with clients to deploy effective staffing solutions.
Cristine holds a B.A. in Mass Communications from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida. She resides in Tampa, Florida with her family.
