Jeremiah is a financial services recruitment expert. He is an experienced RPO and Talent Acquisition leader with the ability to convert strategic vision into measurable results.
Before joining Hudson RPO, Jeremiah was the resourcing director at a global diversified financial group where his specialties included Change Management, Project Management, Metrics Development and Analysis, Business Resource Planning, Process Rationalization and Recruitment Processing Outsourcing.
Prior to that, Jeremiah served as Talent Acquisition Account Director on-site at Deutsche Bank. He oversaw operation of the Talent Acquisition function supporting lateral recruitment in Private Wealth Management, Asset Management, Finance, Global Technology, Human Resources, Risk, Legal, Compliance and Operations, delivering approximately 1,000 hires annually. He also developed the project plans and executed the talent acquisition strategy for critical hiring initiatives, including time-sensitive, high-volume hires within the Bank’s regulatory functions.
Jeremiah received a BA in Political Science in 2004 from Columbia University in New York City.
