As Vice President of Human Resources, Lauren Devine is responsible for leading the talent strategy and execution for Hudson RPO in the Americas. As a business partner, she oversees employee relations, learning and development, employee engagement and recognition, performance management, compensation market analysis, HR process improvement, and other transactional HR functions.

Lauren has over 25 years’ experience in the staffing industry. Lauren joined Hudson RPO in 2013 as VP, Talent Acquisition & Development where she led internal recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives. Lauren then led the Talent Management business in the Americas, with focus on client delivery of assessments and coaching for regional and global clients. Prior to joining Hudson RPO, Lauren was VP, Talent Management for Adecco Solutions, leading the talent strategy for the MSP business. She also held leadership roles at Adecco US in corporate operations and client solutions delivery. Earlier in her career at Adecco, she held multiple roles in field positions, including recruitment, operations, national account implementation, and client services.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
